Austria FMA issues warning against CFDs broker Bulltrade24
Austrian financial regulator Österreichische Finanzmarktaufsichtsbehörde (FMA) has issued a warning against offerings by Bull Trade24 Ltd, which operates the CFDs brokerage brand Bulltrade24 (website bulltrade24.com), with its registered offices apparently in London.
The FMA said that this provider is not authorised to conduct securities transactions in Austria that require a licence, and is not allowed to execute orders on behalf of clients.
The Bulltrade24 website claims that the company has been operating for more than 30 years. However a quick web search indicated that the bulltrade24.com website was created in August 2026 (i.e. two months ago).
The company also claims that it is “the world’s leading social investment community”, and that it is a regulated Swiss bank. Bulltrades24 also claims to be a sponsor of “your favourite teams”, ranging from Arsenal to Newcastle United to RB Leipzig, among others. Clearly all of these claims are false, and the brand does not seem to be regulated or licensed anywhere, even offshore.
