Electronic trading major IG Group Holdings plc (LON:IGG) today announced that it has changed its registered address and principal business address with immediate effect.
The new address is 88 Wood Street, London EC2V 7DA.
In July, IG Group announced it will establish a new Group holding company, incorporated in Jersey. The new structure will give the Group greater financial and strategic flexibility and better reflect its international footprint, with around two-thirds of revenue now generated outside the UK. It will not change IG’s listing, tax residence or London operations.
