ASIC cancels licence of financial adviser Kyle Clifford Frost

The Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) has cancelled the Australian financial services (AFS) licence of NSW financial adviser Kyle Clifford Frost. The licence cancellation took effect on 15 October 2026.

The licence was cancelled after ASIC found that Mr Frost had failed to comply with a number of obligations imposed on AFS licensees under the Corporations Act 2001, including obligations relating to cooperation with the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA), obligations relating to financial reporting, payment of statutory levies and regulatory reporting requirements.

Mr Frost has the right to apply to the Administrative Review Tribunal for a review of ASIC’s decision.

Mr Frost has held AFS licence number 543780 since 15 November 2022. The licence authorised him to provide financial product advice and deal in financial products for retail and wholesale clients.
